小撇步將所有調味料放入虱目魚頭,以快鍋方式煮1小時熄火待涼前後至少需要3-4次骨頭才能咀嚼喔!!
調味材料部份皆可自行增減,喜歡吃辣的朋友可多放辣椒或辣椒醬
